Apps Can Deliver Customer Satisfaction

Mobile apps have evolved and they have become strategic. Rendering the right user experience is very essential, from the onset. While the app can be used to target a specific aspect of the customer experience or journey, from pre-purchase through to post-purchase, for the customer it’s still just one more way of engaging with the brand – and a bad app experience will no doubt have a negative impact on brand perception. as Lahary puts it;

“Apps give service companies the opportunity to get valuable mobile real estate – that limited space every device user has on their phone or tablet. Once downloaded, good design and strategic interaction can strengthen the connection between customers and a company. Next time a customer needs a service, the company with the app is already on their mind”

In no distant future companies will distinguish themselves from competition by offering mobile apps that can effectively act as an alternative channel for services on offer, give the Customer personalized experience and help the brand communicate with users, while maintaining great user experience all through the process.
